Editorial and verification policy

Who may publish

Only accounts belonging to a Korean clinic and its staff can publish cases. Patients cannot post cases, and neither can we on a clinic's behalf.

Each author is shown by name and role on the case, with a link to their profile and to the clinic they work at.

What we verify

• ·That the clinic exists, is operating, and that the account belongs to it.
• ·That a person marked as a doctor is presented as a doctor, and that coordinators and aestheticians are not.
• ·That the photographs on a case come from the clinic that published it.
• ·That a stated price is recorded as an amount actually paid, with its currency and tax treatment.

What we do not verify

We do not review the clinical appropriateness of a treatment, and we do not audit medical records. We are not in the room.

We do not guarantee that a result shown will occur for another person. Individual response, anatomy and aftercare differ.

Photographs

Before-and-after photographs are supplied by the clinic that performed the treatment, with the interval since the procedure noted where it is known.

Retouching that changes the clinical result is not permitted. If we find it, the case is removed.

Translation

Cases are authored in Korean and translated into the site's five public languages. Medical terms are translated against a fixed glossary so that a technique keeps the same name across languages.

A page is published in a language only when that language's text exists. This is also why some cases appear in fewer languages than others.

Corrections and removal

If you believe a case is inaccurate, misattributed, or uses an image without permission, write to us and say which case and what is wrong. We will ask the publishing clinic to respond.

We remove content that misstates a result, misrepresents who performed a treatment, or uses images the publisher has no right to use.

Ratings

We do not publish star ratings. We have no rating data collected from patients, and we will not manufacture one from view or like counts. The numbers shown on a profile are counts of real cases and real engagement, nothing more.

Results differ from person to person. What you see here are individual cases published by the place that performed them — a record, not a guarantee of outcome, and not a substitute for consulting a physician.
