The service

kimsreview publishes treatment records supplied by Korean clinics, and passes enquiries from readers to those clinics. We are not a party to any treatment, contract or payment between you and a clinic.

Not medical advice

Nothing here is medical advice or a diagnosis, and no case is a promise that you will get the same result. Consult a qualified physician before deciding on any treatment.

Accounts

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details to yourself. Do not impersonate a clinic, a doctor, or another person.

Content published by clinics

A publishing clinic is responsible for the accuracy of what it publishes, for holding the rights to the images it uploads, and for having the consent required to publish a patient's photographs and details.

We may remove content that breaches this, that misstates a result, or that misrepresents who performed a treatment.

What you may not do

• ·Copy or republish cases, photographs or data from this site without permission.
• ·Scrape the site by automated means beyond ordinary search engine crawling.
• ·Post content that is unlawful, misleading, or that infringes another person's rights.
• ·Interfere with the operation or security of the service.

Intellectual property

The site, its design and its software belong to the operator. Case text and photographs belong to the clinic that published them and are shown here with their permission.

Enquiries and bookings

Sending an enquiry does not create an appointment. The clinic decides whether to accept it and on what terms, and the treatment relationship is between you and that clinic.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as it is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for a decision you make on the basis of what you read here.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
